Payment Plan Options

In order for a student to register, they must select one of three available payment plan options. All payment plan options available on the student dashboard during registration include any applicable scholarships and reductions. The payment options available are as follows: 

1. A single up-front full tuition payment. Payment options are credit/debit card, ACH draft (bank draft), or wire transfer.
   • The single payment amount is billed immediately during registration. When a student selects this plan, the funds will be withdrawn as part of the registration process. 
   • Example: the student pays the single up-front tuition amount of $8,600 USD during registration. No other payments will be billed. 
2. Two equal payments, the first upon registration and the second twelve months later. Payment options are credit/debit card, ACH draft (bank draft), or wire transfer.
   • The annual plan consists of two equal payments. The first payment is billed immediately during registration while the second payment is automatically billed to the payment method on file exactly twelve months later. 
   • Example: the student pays the first installment of $4,550 USD and completes registration on May 12, 2023. The second installment of $4,550 USD is automatically billed to the payment method on file on May 12, 2024. 
   • Note: deferring does not change the due date of the second installment.
3. Fourteen equal monthly payments paid by credit/debit card or ACH draft. The number of monthly payments is based on the length of a student’s program. 
   • The first monthly payment is billed immediately during registration. The second monthly payment is billed to the payment method on file exactly one month after the student’s cohort begins and on that day of the month going forward. All payments made are applied to the overall tuition balance due, including the registration payment. 
   • Example: the student pays the first monthly payment of $800 USD on May 12, 2023, and the cohort start date is July 7, 2023. The second monthly payment is automatically billed to the payment method on file on August 7, 2023. All following payments will be automatically billed on the 7th of each month. 
   • If you need to change your monthly payment date, please contact Billing@quantic.edu.  Please note that we are only able to update your payment date one (1) time during the course of your enrollment.
