Guild Tuition Assistance Process

Valar x Guild Partnership

Valar Institute of the Quantic School of Business and Technology has partnered with Guild Education to provide Tuition Assistance to eligible employees who gain admission to our degree programs.  

As a result, eligible employees who see Valar within their employer catalog may qualify for tuition assistance for Valar's Executive MBA. This can reduce out of pocket student tuition cost to $0.

Making use of your Guild Tuition Assistance Benefit 

We make using your benefit easy with these simple steps:

1. Complete our free online application 
2. If admitted, submit your Guild Sponsorship Application to your employer within 30 days of your cohort start date.  (You are automatically eligible - this step only serves to confirm the funds available to you at that time).   
3. Guild will issue a Sponsorship Letter indicating how much funding is available to you 
4. Submit your Sponsorship Letter ASAP to billing@valar.quantic.edu.  
5. Upon receipt of the letter, you will be enrolled in your Valar Executive MBA and are ready to begin studies.  [Note: In the rare event that the amount available to you is less than 50% of the program fee, you will need to pay the difference.  This might occur if you have already taken other courses in the same year that you are admitted to Guild].

Guild Tuition Reimbursement for Other Guild Partner Companies 

Note that if you are employed by a company that partners with Guild Education but do not see Quantic/Valar in your employer catalog, you may still be eligible to receive standard Tuition Reimbursement benefits.  Speak to your Benefits or Guild representative for more details.
